Need to no how to turn on / IE SSL?

In IE go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and scroll down to the Security section. You'll see SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0. Select both then click Apply, then click OK. Close all browser windows. A reboot may be required for the new settings to stick.
