If I wanted to buy o with my Paypal, would it the bank I use be able to see it?

If I bought off the internet with my Visa for my cousin, would the bank I use be able to see it, or would it just show up as Paypal and they have no earthly idea what I bought? Or would they be able to see it, and if not at first, could they do something to see it?
