well for the last week ive been goign to sleep at 3 or 4 and evn 5 am and wake up at 1 or 2 pm. te thing is I have school on monday. and I have to wake up at 7 am. my sleeping arrangment is all messed up. its 5 am right now. should I try pulling a all nighter so I can change the times I go to sleep
