High School Baseball (Long)?

Ok first of all u should write a book on this story of yours u could make millions I was vary instrested in it. Ok let's get down to it I'm kind of Lik u I haven't thrown a ball in six years I went and started to throw with a senior baseball player and was told I was throwing lik everyone else thts been playing every year... But my batting not so good so I thought about starting at square one I'm going to start batting of a baseball tee I think it will help me get my swing bac u should do the same...I'm a sophmore
