Eevee movesets for Pokemon Heart Gold?

I have a lvl. 81 male Eevee, Serious Nauture (if that means anything) and its current moves are Last Resort, Dig, Shadow Ball, and Return. While doing an online battle somebody used a Spinda which knew Last Resort, Teeter Dance, Attract, and Hypnosis. After attacting me, putting me to sleep and confusing me, Last Resort took care of my HP. I thought it was a great strategy and would like to recreate something like that for my Eevee. I was thinking of Last Resort, Attact, Captivate and Swagger. First use attact, then Swagger to confuse, then Captivate to lower special attack and use Last Resort. Only thing is Swagger raises Attact and Captivate lowers Special Attack so that move combo doesnt seem smart. I do want to use Eevee for sure so could you suggest a moveset using some of the moves I suggested or should I keep my current moves? I just want a great moveset for my Eevee because he is one of my favorites. Thanks.
