Is applying skincare products good for the face?

I think she is either using too much product or the wrong kinds of product for her face. She needs to determine her skin type. Tell her after she washes her face, wait 1 hour before moisturizing. If her whole face is tight, she has dry skin. If her whole face is oily/shiny, she has oily skin. And of course you can have combination skin. Then only use skin products for that skin type, and one is all she needs. She can also spot treat acne if necessary, and be sure she uses a moisturizer with SPF.
