How to desensitize my ?

ok so i like . a lot. but when a girl gives me head or something it doesnt really feel good. it just hurts. its not pleasurable. what can i do to make it feel good instead of hurt. or is there something i can do ahead of time so i dont have to worry about it when im with a girl
