Am I becoming dangerously overweight too fast? Will my new nutritionist help?
Hi, My name is Emily and I just read your story. Well its obvious that you gained the weight fast, however your nutritionist should not say that you are obese, because you really aren't. You might be a bit chubbier, since you are kind of short, however your weight is not horribly bad. I have never been over weight, I am 5'8 and weigh 150, which is pretty average. The thing I would suggest to you is to eat regularly and don't cut down on healthy foods. Eat breakfast ( it is so important, usually eat like a gl of milk and toast with eggs or lean turkey ) since protein is very very important in weight loss. You might ask why, that is because protein breaks down by the body in its process of being absorbed. Have a snack at around 11 am, such as some strawberries ( eat any time of fruit EXCEPT for bananas). Try to also cut down cookies, chocolate, soda and peanut er. They are so bad when you are trying to lose weight. After have lunch, eat a whole wheat chicken sandwich. Have dinner after, try to have a light dinner. And then after 6 pm ABSOLUTELY no food. I mean it. That's what causes people to gain a lot of weight. I hope I helped. And please whatever you do, do not starve, it will cause you to gain more weight since your body will think its "dying" and it will hold on to everything you eat and slow down your metabolism. Good Luck. Tell me how it goes alright darling. :)
