Please Help?

There is this girl i really like. I have posted this question multiple times without much help. Her name is kelsey and She is on the comstock park cheerleading team. I really like this girl and i really don't know how to tell her without embarrasing my-self in front of her friends or mine. I need some major advise please. (Feel free and I mean this to email me with tips on how to talk to this girl.)
