JWs there is no unforgiveable sin acept denying the holy spirit? Then how come i...?

Then how come you believe i may not get forgiven if i purposfuly get a blood transfusion. Because the JWs i was studying with said they dont realy know if God would forgive them after that. But that is not what the bible says...the bible says all sins are forgiven but denying the holy spirit.
