Why do some towns in the south behind 50 years?

Because those are mainly small towns, so no new people from other places are gonna want to move there. So all it is is generation after generation of idiots. The parents have bad genes and have been brainwashed with religion by their parents, so they p it on to their kids, and the pattern continues. I'm just glad I live in the North, in a metropolitan area, in a blue state.
