Wanting to cancel my child support i filed?

i filed for child support in tennessee.me and the mother got a divorce in another county where a order was set up for her to pay child support when she got a job due to cirstances.i had the child support moved to the county i'm in now.i'm currently trying to work things out with the mother and am no longer wanting the child support.she tol;d me that the county i am in is tryin to take her to jail for failure to pay child support but she hasnt even got the chance to get a job due to certain cirstances.i'm wanting to know if i can just tell the dcs to cancel or close my case.if so, how do i do this?
