Can you get cash istance while pregnant?

I am 19 years old and i am 32 weeks pregnant. I am going back to graduate high school next year when it starts up again. Then i am planning on going to college. I have food stamps and WIC but what i am confused on is people keep saying that i can get Cash istance while i am pregnant. I live in Oregon. I was wondering If it's true even though i dont have the baby yet. I also wanted to know how much money i would get if it's just for a family of two... My mom is going to let me stay with her still as long as i pay rent so thats why i am asking. Please no rude or mean comments...
